Shipping times for products may vary depending on their complexity and curing time. Timescales will always be discussed with the customer.
Most products can be shipped in 5-7 days from receipt of order. Urgent requirements may be possible depending on the item.
Delivery charges can vary based on the size and weight of the package. Goods will be despatched using Royal Mail.

The customer will be aware of the delivery cost at the time of placing the order.

Orders over £30.00 will be shipped Free of Charge.
Returns
Faulty or damaged goods can be returned for replacement or refund.
If an item is faulty please contact me by e mail to inform me of the issue.

Goods can be returned by the customer for exchange or credit up to 14 days after receipt of the order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase must be provided. Please contact me by e mail if you wish to return an item.

Jewellery returns will not be accepted unless it is faulty.

The cost of the return will be paid by the customer unless the goods are faulty.
